Do I need to purchase a WAAS-capable GPS receiver or is there a place where I can rent one?
Hi - if you google "rent gps waas receiver" it looks like there are several websites where you can rent one and they will ship it to you. I checked to see if you could just do this project using a smartphone but it looks like phones are not WAAS-enabled. Hope that helps!
