Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

So I was doing a Vitamin C Titration experiment basically like the orange juice one posted on this site, but instead with an aqueous Capsicum Solution. I was wondering if the equation used on experiment actually figures out the concentration of vitamin C in each sample or I need to find a different one, as my science Teacher didn't know if the question was right or wrong. If I need a new equation my teacher suggest to use concentration= mass/volume, but I'm completely confused where the iodine would fit into this equation.
