Servo Motors for a Clinostat

I'm using a servo motor that requires a screw to attach the blade, creating a hump at the head of the screw... I need to apply double-sided tape on top of it but that won't work if the blade is not flat, which it isn't because of the blade. Any suggestions?

Not knowing the specifications, its hard to tell, but you could try either sanding down the screw head or finding a flat head screw. You could also try gluing the tape to the screw if you just need it to stick a little better.

There are other ways you can modify the servo horn, for example by gluing a small piece of a popsicle stick to each side, giving you a raised surface that his higher than the head of the screw. That will probably be easier than filing down the head of the screw.
