Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi there. We want to do an experiment on antioxidants and their mean antioxidant value. We have resources and labs available for us, but we're not sure how exactly to test out the values? So far we've come across the briggs rauscher reaction, but we're not sure if there's some more advanced or accurate way to test it.
