When experimenting with growing plants in a microgravity environment using an Arduino Clinostat, the nutrient agar attached to the servo motor gets crushed. How can I solve this?

Have you tried using a softer, more flexible material to hold the nutrient agar in place? You can use a sponge or foam pad as a base, which can absorb movement without crushing the agar.
