I have a school project on designing a color sensor on a pcb I would like help creating schematics and writing a report explaining the functions of my mudules on my schematic

Are you a university student? Our projects are intended for students in US grades K-12 and they all use solderless breadboards and off-the-shelf components as opposed to custom PCB design. We have a tutorial about how to use a popular color sensor here:

but it sounds like that is not what you will want. If you need help designing a custom PCB you will probably have more luck in other online forums dedicated to electronics.
