WHAT SHOULD I INCLUDE IN MY ESSAY? ( PLASE W/B QUICKLY)

Hi, i need to know what to put in my essay for my science fair project...it is the last thing i have to do and i will be done if you can please help me out so that i can finish tonight and not have to worry about it tomorrow. Please help me on what i should put in it but also on what kind of things i shouldn't put in it.
