Clinostat: Arduino UNO R4 Minima won't run code

So I'm in a Science Fair and I've been trying to get my code to run on my Arduino. The code is in the "Grow Plants in Microgravity with an Arduino Clinostat" and I have already put in the code it just won't run. The computer I'm using is a Pixelbook Go. According to what I watched the code should execute when I put in the code but when I have wires attached to the Arduino it wouldn't connect to anything.

Hi - can you be more specific about exactly what is happening? There are a few possibilities but I can't tell exactly what you mean from your description. For example:

1) You cannot get the computer to recognize your Arduino at all when you plug in your USB cable, therefore can never upload the code to begin with
2) The computer will recognize the Arduino but you get an error message when you try to upload the code
3) You are able to upload the code but the motor never spins

If you can tell me which of those three things is occurring (or if it's something else), then we can help you troubleshoot further.

Hi - we will need to see pictures of your circuit to figure out what is wrong. Using the "attachments" feature at the bottom of a new post, can you upload several clear, well-lit, and in-focus pictures of your breadboard with a top-down view so we can see the connections?
