The batch of Calcium Chloride water, can you only use that for one set of string? If I have 18 students doing this project how many water batches would I need? Would each child need their own water batch? Just trying to figure out how much Calcium Chloride to buy. Thank you.

Hello,
You should be able to reuse the batch of Calcium Chloride water multiple times, but over time, the effectiveness of the solution will decrease. I would recommend using one water bath for every four or five students to ensure the solution is effective and to reduce wait times.
