Microsoft Electrical Hardware Engineering Internship Interview Experience?

Hi everyone,
I have an upcoming interview for a Microsoft Electrical (Hardware) Engineering internship and was hoping to hear from anyone who's been through the process.
My recruiter mentioned that I should be comfortable with computer science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and data structures. That surprised me a bit since I expected the interview to focus primarily on hardware topics.
For those who have interviewed for a similar role, what was the interview like? Did it include coding questions, or was it mainly hardware concepts and project discussions? Were there any particular technical areas that I should spend extra time reviewing?
I'd also appreciate hearing about the overall interview format and any tips that helped you prepare.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
