Hi I am a student at IHMS and I need to ask some questions about my science fair


Q1:If you pull a long bow back the same distance that you pull a short bow back which one would send it flying faster, and why?????
Q2:What is velocity?????

My daughter did a project on archery several years ago. There's lots of material available on the Web. Search on "archery physics" Here's just one site that you'll find: http://www.mrfizzix.com/archery/ It specifically discusses different sized bows.
