Hi there, can somone please calculate the Density of Average, store bought Jell-o in a container with a volume of 1662.5cm(Cubed)? The containers dimensions are A length of 35cm x witdth of 9.5cm x height of 5cm.

Basically I need the Total density of jello in a 2 gallon plastic container. (Just the jello density, not the container)

Thanks!
I have no idea how to find it and I don't know the information you need to find it.

Well if you put "Wiki Density" into a search engine, you will get http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Density

If you read this, you will notice that you have the Volume (V) but not the mass (more often measured as weight here on earth with a scale).

If you search for "Density of Jello" you will get a lot of varried results because the concentration of jello in water varies widely.

Just for fun, I put "density of jello" into my favorite search engine (answers.com). One of top hits was:

http://www.spiderfan.org/comics/reviews ... 006-c.html

a spiderman story mentioning the "density of Jello!"
