got to present a poster on environmental biotech- topic- NON CULTURABLE MICROBES. Where to find matter regarding the same on the internet?????????nothing available in books!!!!

Depending on what grade you're in, try putting 'microbes that can't be cultured' into a search engine like Google or into Google Scholar (http://www.googlescholar.com), which will give you scientific papers on the topic. I was able to find lots of information in just a few minutes with that search.

Have you tried looking for a microbiology textbook in your library? If those are at all recent they'll have a section (or several sections!) on microbes that can't be cultured.
