If you have Microsoft excel on your computer you can make graphs. If you use openOffice you can use "calc", which is like excel. MicrosoftWorks also has a spreadsheet, but I don't know what it is called.

On this page there is a link to a sample excel sheet:

This page also has good tips about how to make a graph.

Another free and relatively easy to use graphing tool and spreadsheet is the spreadsheet app of Google Docs (docs.google.com). One advantage is that all your data is stored on Google's servers, which means you don't have to worry (as much) about losing your data. Also, you can edit your spreadsheet from anywhere you have internet access.

The downside is that you can *only* work on it where you have internet access, so it might not be the right thing for you, depending on your situation.

Also, it's not nearly as fancy (or hard to use :-) as Excel or Open Office, but for simple stuff it's probably enough.

I have fine with my blood pressure but

Hi Whitney357,
Welcome to the Ask an Expert forums. These forums are for providing advice to high school students for their science fair projects - we do not have a medical staff for health related advice. I recommend that you ask a medical professional.
Thanks for asking, and sorry we can't help.
