I need help with
building the track for a miniature inductrack for my magnetic levitation science experiment.
I do not know on whether to use inductive coils or half round litz wire?

I have the magnets for the halbach array, but need help with building the track itself.

Can you explain more about your design?
I'm not familiar with this particular technology. I started trying to figure out what you were talking about by doing a web search. If you haven't already looked around on the web for similar projects, you should do so.
Magnetic Levitation Project

I am comparing a normal track with a wheeled car to a track using magnetic levitation in regards to friction and energy efficiency of the system. I would like to use the new technology of Inductrack for my magnetic levitation track which consists of magnets set in the Halbach array formation over inductive coils. The initial energy to the system will be given by potential energy supplied by an initial lift hill which will give the speed to the system to elevate it.
I am stuck on building the track itself
. I have seen many versions on the internet, some use passive coils and other half round litz wire. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this. I want to prove with my project that the new inductrack magnetic levitation can reduce friction and is a more energy efficient system that can be built with a low cost compared to the current maglev systems using electric coils. HELP
