Create Your Own Spark Questions

Hey, I am using this project for the fair and I have a few questions.
What can I use instead of an iron carriage bolt as I can't find one online or anywhere?
What part can I replace the high-current switch relay with, as the site says it will not work?
Please help if anyone can. Thanks.

Please help, this is due soon and I don't even have all the parts yet because the list on the site is incomplete. Someone reply!

For the carriage bolt- Go to the hardware store and ask them. The important part is that it be iron; it doen't have to be a carriage bolt, any type of bolt or rod should work.
As for the relay, the sciencebuddies team has not been able to locate an appropriate part. They've been working on this for several weeks and not been able to find anything. You have two options:
1) design your own relay (I believe the one of the links in the bibliography has a different relay scheme). Many students have gotten this project to work, so I'm sure it can be done. It is a really hard project though!
2) pick another project
Good luck.
