Is there more skyglow if the average pixel intensity is higher or lower? i can't seem to find the answer to this question ANYWHERE! is seems like it should be obvious but i just can't tell.... HELP!!

Hi,

Average pixel intensity means that the pixels are receiving more energy so the sky is brighter.
