The 'best' kind of project is one that you are interested in, no matter how long it takes or how simple/difficult it is. If you have something you are really interested in but think that it's too simple for your grade level, let us know what it is and maybe we can help you make it a little more difficult.

Hi!
Like this project guide suggests, there are a couple ways to make this project more complicated. For example, you could use geometry to calculate the areas and use different brands of CDs. To add a fun twist to the project, maybe you could combine the two projects and see if there is a relationship between the font and type of document and how much data is burned onto the CD. It might be interesting to see if there is a comparison between different font styles and sizes and how much disk space it takes up. Hope this helps, good luck!

Hi,
As you say here i like the idea but i don't know what should be the title.
And do you think that i should have the title as the question. I would like to start as soon as possible. It would be great if you would tell me what category it would fit in.

Thank you very much!!! 8)

Hi!
Based on the categories you listed before, I would assume this project would go under "general". Are you interested in combining this and the font project? If not, maybe your title could be "measuring data storage by the "burn" or something catchy like "taking the burn: investigating data storage". If you are planning to do the font as well, it would be very interesting to write your title with different fonts and try to measure the burn of that. Post back with any other ideas...

Hi,
I thank you for answering very quickly. The title should be "Investigating Data Storage"
and under that i should have my question that i am going to think about.
Don't think about the grade 2 project thing i picked the one about the fruits have ing how much seeds.
Should the title and the question be the same.
I'm trying to combine https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science-f...l?from=TSW and
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science-f...=&from=TSW.
But i won't start till i get the topic and the Question.

Hi!
Hopefully this link will help you out. The title can be pretty general and the question will be the exact question that you are trying to answer, something like "is there a relationship between font size and data storage?" Hope this helps..
