boiling salt water

Is there an easy way to measure the conductivity of water. I want to boil salt water and then measure the distillate and what's left in the pot.

This project will definitely require some electrice equipment so I would suggest you ask your parents or a teacher to help you with it. Here's a link that might help you out-
