Solar pannels!!

Hi, I am a six grader having a problem in finding information about solar pannels. I serched google for info on solar pannels, but most of them worren't info on slar pannels. Is there any websites that explains what is a solar pannel?

I googled for "how a solar panel works " found this:

You can also search for specific subtopics or other terms like "photovoltaic", "solar cell", or other terms you've learned from your research.

This link might work, but the site website is password protected. If you are in seattle public schools, than log on to the source, go to the library tab, and log in with the password it shows you.
