Ortho Hydrogen and Para Hydrogen

I recently acquired a plan for a hydrogen generator that produces and compresses the oxygen and hydrogen gasses in the same chamber, the gasses are compressed to about 65psi. According to my research, compressing these two gasses can cause an explosion as they rebond. The hydrogen generator also converts the hydrogen into para hydrogen after it is produced using low frequency waves. Does para hydrogen have different properties when it comes to compressing it with oxygen than ortho hydrogen? In my research I have found that para hydrogen is produced naturally in it's liquid form but I have not heard of this happening by way of low frequency waves. Is it possible to do?
