Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

i am refering to the project idea on https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ?from=Home and i am a bit confused on the Ferite Bead Core. i am ready to start experimenting with the project, but these are the only thing holding me back. i need to know what size, what ratings, and also a place i can get them or a suggestion.
