I need some help to figure out how to make a graph for my science project. I don't understand how to set it up.

Can you tell us what you did in your experiment and what variables you measured? That will help us help you with your graph.

Hi jerm1,

There are three basic types of charts: bar, line and pie.

Bar charts are good for comparison of data at the same time.
Line charts are good for showing values changing over time.
Pie charts are good for showing the percentage shares of values, adding up to 100%.

Bar and line charts can be composed manually.
Pie charts are best done with computer support, using a program such as Excel.
