Hi Barbara,
Welcome to the Ask an Expert forums. Do you want to measure hydraulic conductivity? Electrical conductivity? Can you tell us a little more about your science fair experiment, such as the hypothesis and the basic details of the experimental design?
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Barbara,

As general answers to your question, two excellent resources are:

Water and Soil Characterization - pH and Electrical Conductivity:

Frequently Asked Questions about Soil Electrical Conductivity:

It appears that you will need at least a voltage meeter to do the measurement.
