Hi Adam,
I merged your new topics with you old one. Please keep future posts in this topic by using the "Post Reply" button. Thanks!
For conversions, please try an internet search for "online conversions" or "Fahrenheit to Celsius". You will find many pages. Some will do the calculation automatically for you. This one lists the formulas:

For predictions versus actual measurements, a common approach is to use a "scatter-plot." (Try an internet search for that term). For further help with your graph, please provide some additional information. What is your scientific question and your hypothesis? What types of data have you collected?
Thanks. Looking forward to hearing more about your project.
Chris
