is it good enough?

I have decided to test the effects of weather on human emotions (actually focusing more on stress levels) but am very short for time and could find nothing else...
Here is an example of the survey i'll be sending around. Is it good enough? Can anybody give me some advice as to what i should add to make my survey's results a little more accurate asap?
Help would be much appreciated.
1. Would you say you are a generally pessimistic or optimistic person?
2. On average, how many hours do you spend outside per day?
3. In general, rate your stress level
4. Today, what is your stress level?
5. How much sleep did you get last night?
6. Do you have an unusually large amount of work due soon?
7. What words would you use to describe your mood today?
Relaxed Nervous
8. List any other factors that may be having a significant effect on your mood today.
