Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

HELP!
I am finishing up my science experiment on heating and insulation, now i need to start my research paper!
I have searched all over the web and I have fouind nothing that could help me, I dont know where to start so if you could tell me where to look that would be great!
my paper needs to be finished by thursday night so if you could tell me by then it would be awesome!
