Procedures question

Okay so i have a science project do and we are supposed to write the procedures but i dont know excactly in what maanner i should do it in. Should it be listed,or in a paragraph, can it say; then,you,finally,after,secondly,thirdly,first,etc. and when doing procedures do you adress it as "i" or as if your talking to them, telling them what to do?

The important thing to remember is the reason you write up your procedure is so that someone else could, if they wanted to, duplicate your experiment to verify your results. This is a very common occurrence in science, and a very desirable one. It is important to be able to repeat results to verify they are correct.
If you based your experiment on something that was already described by someone else, you could simply say that in your procedure write-up, and give enough information so someone else could find the original description. If you changed just a few things, then explain those changes in detail. If you invented a new procedure, you should describe it in enough detail that someone could duplicate your experiment from your description.
