 :!: :?: I really need help with this problem because after getting the solution I'm not going to get any problem after!!! :) My project title that is located in my profile are at the left side of the window shows the topic of my problem. Please Matt Mulanax read it and answer if you can. Um how do I make 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% concentrations of 4 disinfectants? Like how do I convert the percentages into the amount of milliliters? And if I was to test the disinfectants on a certain bacterium how would I do it? Like do I place the bacteria on a agar petri dish then pour it on the surface or mix it when the bacteria is inside a test tube in liquid form? Lastly, why is it necessary to dilute the bacteria by 1/10? I'm just asking becuase the title only meant (to me) that its only showing to see if bacterial resistance is affected by the diffrent concentrations of disinfetants.... Ok this is the last one... Sorry if there is so many questions... Ok bye!!! :D

Hi eternal_corrector,

I would suggest posting a small follow up message to your previous post pointing Matt Mulanax to your longer post above, which is on a separate thread.

Then if Matt Mulanax is watching his previous post (which is the default), he'll get an email message that there's a new posting.

That's how science buddies notifications work.
