Dear expert,
Im doing a science about understanding lactose intolerense.My obective says here that is to explore biochemical basis for lactose intolerence and i will need to add enzyme lactose to soulotions containing the milk suger lactose, and then test for one of the reaction products and i dont understand what they really mean. Can you please help so i can understand better?

Welcome to the Ask an Expert forums. It sounds as though your instructions are to add lactase (the enzyme) to lactose (sugar) and then test for the presence of the reaction products (glucose and galactose).
