I have found the conductance of the solutions. Now how do I determine the electrolyte concentration?

This seems like an interrupted thread? Is there an experiment you are referring to? Anyway, the conductance of an electrolyte usually follows a linear relationship with concentration over a limited region. If you are within that region, you should get some interesting data.
