Our study is about DNA testing in sugarcanes...
So far we only have a method in DNA fingerprinting in humans, and we think that there might be simiarities...are there? And is there a voltage regulator in an electrophoresis chamber?

I'm sorry. I don't have an answer or website pointer for either of your two questions: 1) DNA testing in sugarcanes and 2) voltage regulators in an electrophoresis chamber.

As a procedural manner, please post two new topics: 1) "DNA testing in sugarcanes - new" and 2) voltage regulators in an electrophoresis chamber, each of which would focus on a single topic.

If the messages are laid out this way, it becomes far easier on the people reading and mentoring the board.

I'm no biologist, but I imagine it should be possible to fingerprint the DNA of sugarcane just like animal DNA, assuming you can extract the material without destroying or contaminating it.

I've never used an electrophoresis device, although I suspect in building one it would generally be a good idea to make it possible to adjust the voltage across the plates. From a few quick online searches, it looks like people tend to use adjustable supplies that provide a couple hundred volts at a few hundred milliamps. (1 milliamp = .001 amps)

Are you building your own device? What sort of power supply are you thinking of using?
