Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi!

I'm a boy who is becoming Junior from next semester.

I'm interested in ISEF. I saw many topics which got awards and I was kind of shocked because those topics were all extremely hard!

I think it is college level!

Anyway... I'm interested in molecular biology or Virology.

But the problem is that I don't know how to find really specific topic.

(1)I want to know how i can choose specific topic.

and (2) I also want to know how to find mentor or professor who can help me.

I really need their help but don't know how to get help from them.

(3) and as i mentioned above i think most of projects are at least college level. Do you guys study college course in high school to study that project or

just looking for articles for information.

Please give me advices!
