How can we make biodiesel from algae? What are the procedures and applications? Reply needed urgently.

I already directed you to a thread about this topic that included a link to a paper that had all of the procedures for this sort of a project. Did you read that paper? Try reading it and post back here again if you still have questions.

I want to make biodiesel from algae using transesterification process

As it was difficult to separate oil from algae , I grinded it and mixed with ester. Now after ethanol is made how do I separate it ?

I am not familiar with the procedures you are using, but I would presume that you distill it, as ethanol has a fairly low boiling point. Be very careful, though, as distillation can be dangerous. Make sure you use proper safety equipment and adult supervision.
