How does the diameter of a wheel effect its rolling down a slope?

You should read in your physics textbook about moment of inertia and angular momentum. If this isn't a homework question and is a science project, could you please give us a more detailed question so we know best how to help you? Do you need help writing your question, hypothesis, or does this have something to do with how to do the experiment?
