Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Dear Expert,

During a brainstorming session, I was thinking about the seats in a car. We have the availability to individually heat the seats by a push of a button. But cooling the seats is not there. With this, one can feel cool and save on gas at the same time.

I like this idea alot, but I want to know if it is in R&D right now and if it is a feasable idea. I hope I can soon settle in on a project, and this sounds real exciting.
