BIOLUMINESCENT BACTERIA!!!

MY project is can we harvest light from bioluminescent bacteria. I need help putting it in an if , then statement. Please help the question is due on Friday.

I suggest something like, 'If I do [x], then I can harvest light from bioluminescent bacteria."
