There are so many different types of enzymes and I'm not sure if the amino acid frequency is different for enzymes compared to proteins in general:

I am very curious about your project. Why do you need this information? Are you studying mutations?

You should not use your real last name on the science buddies website for security reasons. However, thanks for letting me know about your project. One of my areas of expertise is in purification of proteins, so I might be able to give you some advice on your project. With a science fair project, you will need to do a controlled experiment or series of experiments on your topic. Is there are particular enzyme you are interested in studying? What type of experiment are you thinking about doing?
