What reaction will happen when I mix dry ice and milk?

First, please try your favorite search engine. I put in

mix dry ice and milk

and found these 2 interesting sites:

I know that I once pored apple juice over dry ice to cool it, and after a few hours all of the apple juice was quite carbonated. It was really cold and bubbly
