bubbles in chocolate

My daughter would like to do her science fair project on how they get the bubbles in Aero chocolate bars. We know a method of doing this but don't know if it is a suitable topic for a science fair. Does anyone have a suggestion?

If this subject fascinates you I see no reason it is not a good science fair idea, though it will probably be considered an engineering project rather than a science project for fair classification purposes.
