Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

My son is doing a science project. He is testing which is cheesiest? cheez-its or cheese nips. He is conducting a taste test. He is comparing the ingredients. I wondered if there was a science experiment to determine which is cheesiest?

Science Buddies does not seem to have a cheesiness test, however here is an experiment on taste testing cookies that you might be able to adapt:

And you will a see a proceedure that you might be able to modify to what you want.
