Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi! I'm doing a project in which I am measuring the amount of AMP output from a solar panel, but I am having trouble finding solar panel donations. The equipment I need is a small solar panel and something to measure the AMP output (like a meter or something). I have never done a science experiment requiring electricty-wise stuff and I am new to this, so it would be really helpful if someone knew somewhere where I could get a donation of this equipment.

PS. Oh it would be helpful if the reply was soon, probably before 1/15, because that is when we at least need to have the eqipment to start experimenting.

Centinibron - A possible source for small solar panels may be in solar powered garden lights that are currently popular. Many sources offer these for under $10, you might find a willing neighbor that might 'lend' you a unit for your experiment. A small multimeter may be available from your school to use for your experiment. Low end digital multimeters are often on sale for under $5 at hardware, home improvement and tool retailers.
