Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi. I'm having trouble narrowing down my science topic. I know i want to work in the area of chemistry. I'm currently interested in pH and acidity levels, but i don't know how to form my question. can you please send me some sample award winning topics or experiments that have to do with pH levels? i would really like to win the science fair this year.
