Proper Storage of Chemicals

Hey! I'm stuck in a situation here and I just would like to know if you can help me.

I have a sample of hydroxyapatite here with me, and I wish to confirm if this is really the sample that I have. I must have it analyzed outside my province. Hydrodxyapatite is an inorganic material. Where do you think should I put my samples? In a plastic container or glass container or paper bag or what? It's only a gram per sample, and I am planning to have three samples analyzed. Ask the lab you are sending the samples to. You probably want to prevent contamination so an air tight sealed container is their likely answer.

Here is the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for calcium hydroxyapatite (is that what you are referring to?)
