Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

How do I build a circuit board with multiple circuits. I need to create a test for my classmates on the Circulatory System. I've done all my research on the C.S.. I want to build a circuit board where a light goes on if the student chooses the right answer to a question. If they choose the wrong answer the light wont go on. I've seen these where the questions are on the left and the answers in a colum on the right. Each question and answer has a metal brad next to it and when the student touches a wire to the question and the right answer the light goes on. Obviously there is a battery as part of the circuit.
