spiciness

HELP! Im doing a science project on anything i want to. Ive choosen to find out if drinking milk helps decrease spiciness better than water or pepsi but the problem is i have to do graphs and im not sure how the evaluate my findings. Do i just get a group of people to experiment with all three products and note the results or should i be more precise about the results? I also need help with background info. My presentation has been cut down to 30 minutes due to certain problems therefore i wanna make sure to talk long enough but also not exceed the time given. What info is most important while talking about this subject?
