Hi,

I need help understanding what you are asking.Have you looked at this website referenced in the Magic Squares project idea writeup?

http://mathforum.org/alejandre/magic.square.html

I am not very knowledgeable about magic squares, but the statements I have seen about them indicate they have been studied for a very long time so there are probably few questions about them that have not been resolved by someone, somewhere, sometime. For example you might be interested in this link:

http://www.naturalnumbers.org/themagicsquare.html

I recommend you do some research using a web search engine such as google.com to locate some of what is known. You could start by doing a search on “magic squares“. It is rather difficult to locate never before solved math problems as a high school student, yet studying a known area of math can be an excellent science project if it is interesting to you, particularly if it is an area of math that is not generally well known to the average person.

I hope this helps answer your question.
