Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

We are researching probiotics to use for a science fair project. We are currently looking for a title for our project. We need this ASAP.

Some questions we had about probiotics were:
How do you extract probiotics from animal feces?
How do you test probiotic effectiveness?

If anyone could help us answer these we would be greatly appreciative.
