We are having problems finding books, articles or other information that we can use as source material. Our science project needs two sources not from the internet. We have checked our local library with no luck. If someone could please assist with research material or were we may find this it would be most helpful.
thanks

Hi,
So you need non internet resources on super cooling water.
One suggestion is to go to the library and look up biographies of Gabriel Fahrenheit, the discoverer of super cooling in water as well as the originator of thermometers and the temperature scale bearing his name:

Second suggestion: Look at this web page. It has two journal citations cited at the bottom of the page. You may be able to work through your public library to get a copy of one of the articles(a print source).

Third suggestion: Here is a copy of a journal article from Nature (a print magazine) relevant to your topic:

Here is a book your library might have:
http://www.amazon.com/Freezing-Projects ... 63&sr=1-12
You can also look at this website:

At the bottom of the article there are a number of print references.
If I can find this many non-web resources in 15 minutes you folks can surely find at least two more totally on your own. It really is not hard. If you get stuck go talk to a librarian at your local public library and ask for help - he/she will likely be able to load you up with more than you can possibly use.
Have a great project!
Best regards,
