Does anyone know if the Table of Contents counts towards the 20 page limit for an STS research report? Any ideas on how I can find out?

Hi,

The Table of Contents page counts towards the 20 page limit for the STS Research Competition. Get working on cutting the paper down!!!

UPDATE: the table of contents DOES count as part of the paper. I emailed the STS people and they said it counts.
